Policies


To ensure a smooth and professional collaboration, please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to protect both your vision and my time as your director and videographer.

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date. Dates are not held without a deposit.
  • Full payment is due before production of the video begins NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • A finished song & shooting date is required at the same time deposit is sent, any changes that need to be made after will require extra fees. *SONG CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER DEPOSIT IS SENT*
  • Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours) may incur a rush fee.

2. Creative Direction

  • I encourage client input, but final creative decisions (such as edits, effects, and transitions) are ultimately made by me unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
  • If you have a specific vision, please communicate this before the shoot — not after editing has started.

3. Revisions

  • Each project includes 1 free round of revisions.
  • Additional revisions will be charged per round (rate specified in your package or invoice).
  • Revisions do not include reshooting scenes unless an error was made on my part.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround times vary depending on which package was chosen at the time of booking, but also depends on project complexity.
  • Rush edits (within 48 hours) are available for an additional fee.
  • Previews WILL NOT be available at no point until the video is finished, then you will have a opportunity to look at the video before it's release.

5. On-Set Behavior

  • Please arrive on time and come prepared.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by artists, guests, or locations not being ready.
  • If the shoot is delayed more than 15 minutes without prior notice, a late fee or cancellation may be applied.

6. Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Deposits are non-refundable, even if the shoot is canceled.
  • One reschedule is allowed, but the new shoot date must be set within 7 days of the original date, or the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required.
  • The only exception is if I am unavailable — in that case, I will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

Last-minute cancellations/rescheduling (within 24 hours) or no-shows result in forfeiture of deposit.

7. Raw Footage

  • Raw footage is not included and will not be released under any circumstances. I do not provide footage for client-side editing.

8. Content Use & Promotion

  • I reserve the right to use all footage (including behind-the-scenes) for my portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
  • All music videos will be uploaded to my pages and platforms unless a full buyout has been arranged and agreed upon in advance.

9. Locations & Permits

  • The client is responsible for securing locations, permits, and any necessary permissions.
  • If a location requires a fee or permit, this must be handled by the client unless discussed otherwise.

10. Edits & Final Delivery

  • Final videos are delivered in standard 4K or HD unless another format is requested.
  • Once the final video is approved and delivered, any additional edits will be treated as a new project.

By booking with me, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above terms. These policies are in place to maintain a high-quality standard and professional workflow for both you and me.
